Bachelor`s Degree Assessment of SMU-DE for Canada

I want to get the accessment done from Canada for my bachelor degree from Sikkim Manipal university - Distance Learning.
I have seen WES will not consider the same but some other bodies do the same. I want to know and want to know the procedure and the website name.

Would appreciate if anyone can give me the his cell number and make a group for those who need assistance.
