Hello,

I am trying to find out the status of my Permanent residence application. I applied on 11th July, 2017. Recently the New Delhi Visa Office issued updates and final decisions to many June, July and August applicants, but there has been no updates in my account. This has me worried that maybe I missed some update.
Please let me know if I have missed any updates, or whether my file is in progress or still in queue awaiting a Visa officer's review. Any information will be highly appreciated.

Hi All,

I submitted my passport at VFS Hyderabad yesterday and got a message today morning that my application has been forwarded to VFS Bangalore. I was under the impression that it would be going to the Canadian Embassy in New Delhi. Does anyone have an idea about this?

Thank you.

I Guess Bangalore is way faster than New Delhi. I remember my Trv coming in just 5 days. All the Best :)

Hi Friends...I'm in a situation here and need you advice urgently.. I just not received my PPR request however they have asked me to land before 8th Jan 2018 and in case I'm unable to do so then to contact New York office (I'm currently residing in US but case was processed by NDVO)
Do I need to contact NYVO or NY VAC should be able to help me in this?? Also, should I just contact NYVO and wait for passport submission at VAC? I'm afraid by the time I will get my visa stamped it will be past by landing date..

Finally, any help on how can I get the contact details of NYVO will be greatly appreciated...thank you very much

I will suggest that you drop a mail to both and apprise them of the situation. If possible call NYVO.
