What are my chance of nomination under Skilled Worker With Job Offer.
I Have Bachelor Degree, CLB 6 IELTS,2 Yrs Skill Experience,38 Age,Sister Residing In Sask,And High Skilled NOC 0 Job Offer.

Dear Hardik,

Banker are not in-demand occupation list of SINP. The financial analyst and investment manager doesn't fallen under retail banking which Ashu is suggesting.

Try for Nova Scotia noc6235 catogery B when it open in coming weeks.

I will suggest you to try and improve your IELTS band. I can see from your post you have very good score .Try to get 8777 ,8 in speaking and rest 7 in all.

With this score I am sure you will be in Canada in next 4-5 months.

I applied yesterday in SINP OID as manufacturing manager , however I had few queries?

What if documents are not proper?
In that case will they reject file or ask for resubmit for clarification?
In how much time I get result of selection?

Why in official site catergory still show closed ?

Generally they reject directly. Another disadvantage of that is you never show that period for other NOC experience in your future application, because everything is recorded.
Normally within 6 months.
Ask them through email.

I showed 5.75 as PF, 3.6 Lic surrender value and bank balance 0.85, is it ok for family of 3 persons?

Hello Guys,

Could you please suggest and help me, what could be done in my Brother's case:

My Brother missed to obtain or to initiate this license or proof of (APEGS) which show "Engineering-in-Training membership".

He has filed his PNP application. Can he file and intiate this process now to obtain this membership?
Will his application be still valid? can hold his application until he submits this membership proof?

Is it possible if he explains his case to CIS and applies now and get the certificate in coming 10 months?

Please suggest and help.

No role of cic here.
He can apply for license now. When he submits license only then sinp will provide nomination. Till then sinp keep his application on hold condition.

Just for my confirmation, so this means even if he starts his license now, he can still submit once he receives it, which will take atleast 9 to 12 months.

Lastly, sorry for asking this, Im just worried, thats all.
- Do you know for sure if his application will not be cancelled or rejected by SNIP because it will take 10 months?
