Hello, I want to apply for TRV to travel and visit my aunt and uncle in Canada. I’m currently staying in another country traveling and doing some business. Would there be a problem ifI apply for TRV when I’m not in my country of residence?

From what country you are? and which you country you are now? for me I don't recommend applying in another country especially if you are just a visitor in that country. One thing they will consider is strong ties to your home country.
-how are old are u?
-single/married?
-do u have a regular job?if no, then ur chances are very less.
