I applied online on october 24,but is just show Back grond cheek.
No update since my fingerprint till now!!!

As your application is in the background check stage, you'll need to wait. You cannot expedite a decision/you won't get any updates until the checks are completed

Is it true that in this stage and long time (70 days)investigation on my case i have a high chance of getting visa??
I hear that if they wana reject the case it would be in the frist 45 days after applying.

It's really not possible to say. Both approvals and refusals are possible within short/lengthy processing times.

Applied on oct 17 now in BG check
