CIBC vs RBC vs TD after landing

Hi,
Here's the story. I'm going to open a bank account after I land (that is, I'm not interested in opening an account remotely from my home country). I'm also bringing in some cash with me and I'm not interested in buying a car or a house right away . I'm not going to transfer much from the account I open, but I would appreciate any opportunity to earn interest on the deposit I will make.
CIBC offers no checking account fees for 12 months
RBC ditto for 9 months as stated on their web site.
TD - 6 months, but unlimited transactions and unsecured credit card

So what would be the best option for me? I would highly appreciate any advice based on personal experience.
