Okay. Transfers are not easy as company has to bear extra costs for Airtickets, temp accommodation etc. One of my friends was unable to get a transfer but as soon as he resigned they called him to rejoin in Canada. I hope you get one. Good luck. :)

Yes, i can understand. I will try for transfer (chances are Less), else i have to resign.

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence. To finalize your application, we require:



1) Passports

· VFS is our trusted partner for safe and secure passport transmission. Using VFS services is the only way to submit your passport. Contact VFS in India (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india) or in Nepal (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Nepal) and pay the requisite fees for the Passport Transmission Services . A separate envelope is required for each passport.



· Please take this letter and present it to VFS for the purchase of the secure Passport Transmission Service. VFS will send your passport to the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi in a secure envelope. You will then be advised by VFS when your passport has been returned and is ready to be picked up.


  • Please note that permanent resident visas cannot be placed in Diplomatic, Official or Military passports.
  • There must be at least two blank pages in each passport.
  • We are unable to issue a visa beyond the expiry date in your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months.


2) Photographs

Congratulations @drCAN. I got mine at 8:51 AM on December 28th. Was travelling so could not post anything here. It was a big relief when I saw the email!

Thanks for all the messages @drCAN. I had received the email on 28th itself, but was travelling outside India without a laptop, so did not log onto this forum. Came back today and checking all the messages now! I will submit my passport at VFS tomorrow.

You are right! My prediction also says that lots of PPRs will be issued around second week of January around 15th Jan. Till then it'll be bit slow as they will try to gather themselves, get back to work and strategize further. Number of PPRs may be issued for PNP candidates as there is a huge backlog and a good number are waiting in IP2 since quite a while. Thereafter, concentration will again shift towards FSW applicants.

So I have completed 170 days and just 10 days to go before my 180 day deadline
I just wanted advice from all senior members regarding :
Which email ids to send for approaching 180 days?
What has to be the content of email....?
Ndvo hasn’t replied to any of my mails since 2 months....
And secondly cse takes 10 days to respond so should I write have completed 180 days?
