Hi,
My PR application was previously rejected due to a missing document. As I submit my new application, I'm wondering if not indicating that I have Canadian relatives living in Canada - that I have indicated on my first/rejected application - could be considered a misrepresentation. I dont need the points from having relatives here since I already have a provincial nomination, and its going to be hard to proof the relationship since its my aunt from from my moms side. Could removing relatives in the new application be considered misrepresentation of information and cause a rejection?!
Your help is greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
