Hi Everyone,

My husband is in Canada on his work permit. I want to visit him there I applied 3 times online with all answers to the previous reasons but this time they again rejected giving the same reason (saying I do not have strong ties to the country of residence). I have my whole family, property, my own car and permanent job here what else could I give to prove my ties. Please tell me
Will I ever get visa? if possible then what am I doing wrong or what do I need to provide to prove my ties.

You'll need to give us more details:
1. When did you apply? First application? Third application?

2. What were the exact refusal reasons?

3. For how long did you want to visit?

4. What documents did you submit?

5. Do you legally own the property? Do you have children? If yes, how old are they?

6. Have you traveled to the US, UK, Schengen countries, etc?

Hi AyeshaAamir993

How long did they take to reject your first second and third applications?

You have applied too many times within a short period of time. I would recommend you wait 8 months from the time of your last refusal before trying to apply again.

One month is a long trip and demonstrates a lack of ties to your home country. I would ask for 2 weeks when you reapply.

You need to demonstrate stronger ties to your home country in your next application. Property documents in your husband's and father's name aren't helpful - the documents must be in your own name. Are you working? If so, what evidence did you submit to prove employment? What other assets can you show apart from your car?

agree with you but best if she travels UK and Europe as well to make things stronger either 3 times refusal means they don't want her to enter in simple because of the same reason no traveling history and no ties

Hi,

Thank you for the suggestion but travel history reason was gone after first refusal. As I explained why i didn't travel before. I requested VO notes but there was a very strange reason this time that "economical and political condition for Pakistan is not strong to grant us visa" I mean what does this have to do with my visa application.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply I submitted my employment letter which clearly stated my current salary and my leave approval. And my salary slips for last six months.
Just property documents and car as my asserts.
