They are asking to mail the PCC with the letter they sent me. The letter doesn't say upload the documents. I'll double check my GC key account.
You need to check again, and read the mail as well, mostly they ask documents to be uploaded to their server, Original they ask before PR or sometime in Interview.
I just checked my gckey account. It says upload police certificate. But the problem is I have two certificates from two different cities. I made a pdf and put the two in one PDF. When I upload the documents it is asking for the name, number, valid from, expiry date. How do I enter information of both documents
Enter info for the most recent one .. when they will open the file, they r not blind, they will notice the two pcc ..

What stage of the application process r u at? File still at cpc m or at lvo? If at cpc m, then send a msg thru webform askin them to send u the form as thats what u will need to take to the designated clinic .. if its at lvo, email them askin for details .. who did u get the email/letter from?send the letter along with ur note for clarification ..
