OWP and ITN

Is an ITN needed to get a OWP? If not, should I get one anyways. I am going to apply for my OWP when my partner sponsors me, so I am curious if I need to get it now. Also, would I need it for her to add me on her CRA report? Also, when the time comes, where it says income that I make, I obviously don't work since I am in Canada on a visa extension, I am doing school online at a American school and I recieve the pell grant from the US gov, do I have to add that? Not sure what you're asking about. Assuming you are asking about a SIN? If so, you can only get one once you have an approved OWP. So no - you cannot apply for one now.

I am asking about an ITN (individual tax number) do I need one? Also, when my Common Law partner adds me as common law(when we become common law) to the CRA, would I put my school grant (Pell grant from the USA) as part of my income? Also, how would she go about stating we are common law to the CRA if I don't have a SIN yet? I am a full time student online in a school from the US. Thanks!
