Just got my IELTS scores :

Reading: 8.5 , Speaking: 8.5 and Writing: 6.5

Listening: 9.0

The fucking .5 made a massive drop of 40-50 points

So do I write the test again or perhaps could I possibly hope for scores to come down to 390.

Please help.

Do the test again... waiting fot it to drop below 400 you'll be wasting time, it MAY happen but may not too...just to be sure, id get that 6.5 to a 7

The scores won't come that low. Either take the test again or request a remark for the writing section.

Oh, I am quite certain I'll get it to 7, but again wasting money over the test is a bit stressful, also are u certain the scores would nt drop down for sure to 390

I guess the point that everyone is making is that there's no guarantee. Looking at the trends, may not look like.

Not quite sure that will work mate, what are the chances of the score going up.

I understand your concern, but paying the extra $ will be so worth it.... cover all basis before u count on the score going that low
