Refusal tourist visa Application

I am living in Copenhagen, DENMARK on Green Card from last 4.5 years and doing the full-time job from last 4 years and paying Tax as well. Recently i did apply for the tourist visa and got decision letter on 18th of DEC 2017 by the visa officer. He mentioned that i am not sure you shall come back to Denmark by the end of your visa. So suggest me what i should do to reconsider my application by the visa officer.

You can re apply but before that make sure you fulfill all the points in checklist and clear your circumstances in your visa request letter. Present your self and your case in more constructive way.

you can't appeal however you can apply for GCMS notes and then can think how you can apply again after correcting their points either appeal or reapply is not a solution Good Luck

But i got a letter from Visa officer, everything is mention on that. so why i need GCMS notes. If i submit the application again then i need to give Biometric again or previous Biometric is valid.

It will likely be quite difficult to get a trv because having strong ties to your home country is one of the big factors. Since you don't live in your home country and don't have citizenship yet in Denmark that means you don't have strong ties to your home country. What is the reason for your trip? It would be helpful so we can provide better advice.

atlest it will give you actual reason of refuse and in GCMS notes you will get official note why they refuse what is a main reason behind

Given that you have not given a reason foe your visit I assume that you would like to file for asylum in Canada. That is what CIC assumes as well. Unless you are able to convince them otherwise then you will not be granted a TRV. If you have already been granted or applied for asylum in Denmark you have been able to apply for protection from a safe country already therefore you wouldn't be able to apply for asylum in Canada.
