Actually now i am at international college of Manitoba in first term ending in april 2018

I wan to exit from here and change to other college what r d ways to get into other college if u know please tell

You needed to show proof of funds foe this reason. Yes you can transfer to another program although you have to notify CIC, It is quite late to apply and get accepted to another school and program.

If you do not attend your new program this winter you will be reported to CIC after 90 days and your student visa will be cancelled. You can't work until and unless you are studying full-time.
