If you have GCkey account then you can use that one, but if you have a Representative then you can use this platform to get updates.
all application for PR are Paper application

Go to ECAS link and get some updates on the status of you application.
For ECAS i believe you don't need to register yourself even if you have a rep.
All you need to know your application ID OR your UCI #

I understand ur point but I tried my best to link my application but couldn’t link I don’t know why, one month back I rcvd mail to provide dox and proof relationship with strong evidence and they clearly said they will take decision on my reply and we replied that email and after that I received mail within a week time after dispatch of reply to lvo for remedical And rprf so now I don’t know after submitting this what will be the next step and how much time they will take.

Processing time is 7-9 months since app was received in Missisuaga so calculate accordingly.

sorry i must have missed references to the lvo pilot project, what is it?

Nothing much. Sep 2016 onwards applicants GCMS notes mentioned that file locked in as per London pilot project.

what is your opinion about requesting GCMS Notes :

First time to request after the application transfer to LVO, to know what are the comments from Mississauga Officers on application for LVO.?
2nd time after 2 or 3 months of application transfer to LVO, to know what are the Visa Officer`s comments on application so far. ?

Because the visa officer review application in first couple of months and then they call for more documents, or Interview or if they are satisfied then they go for Background Check .

Overall 5-6 months after file was received.

Mine received at CPC-M on July 18th, 2017, so on Dec 18th, 2017 it is already 5 months and as of today 5 and a half months.
File transferred to LVO on Sept 18th, so 3 and half months.
Now do u think it is good time for me to order the notes?

i think you should request the notes, Because the CPC always leave their review comments when transfering application to LVO, and in 3 months LVO must have visit your application, so its better you check what is going on in it.

Yes u can order now to see any initial comments although actual eligibility review might not be started at the moment.
