Visitor Visa cancelled online application

Hi,
I applied as a principal applicant along with 3 of my family members ( wife and 2 children) .
The purpose was to visit Canada for a Holiday.
Within 1 week of applying, i got a message stating that my visa was ``cancelled``. The message also mentions that they will send me more details , which i am still awaiting.
Ironically, today, i received a message requesting for the passports of my wife and children ( which i assume is a good indicator that there application has been accepted favourably.
Im in a fix now as im unable to re-apply nor can do i have any person whom i can contact to clarify the reason for the cancellation.
Am i allowed to re-apply online ??
can i use the earlier Visa fees??

There's no need to reapply. You must submit all passports + passport request letters + VFS fees within 30 days of the passport request to the nearest VFS Global office

I guess my question was not clear..
In my wife and children's case, yes I understand that I just need to visit VFS center and hand over the passports with the fees
But in my case , where they have said the visa application is cancelled, I'm not sure what to do..

I also got the same message: Application cancelled and a few days later an email requesting to send passports. Today I called IRCC and they helped out figuring were should I send my passports. So it means if you send your papers before the 30 days you’ll be fine. It will be approved!

No I did not receive any passport request in my case. The only message till date being the one informing me that my visa application is cancelled. Applied from Bangalore, India

There's no phone number that you can call IRCC on.

You must email the Bangalore visa office:
BAGLR-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

You could confirm the passport requests for your wife and children + request an expedited decision and/or clarification for your application.

As it is a long weekend, you can expect a reply only mid-next week at the earliest
