Hey Guys. I posted this in the other thread but, thought would take help. So i have received ITA and i have uploaded all of the necessary documents in the checklist tab. This maybe very simple but, now that i have uploaded the docs, how do i pay my application fee and submit the application? I'm probably a click away but, i am not landing on the correct page maybe. In the "Your Document Checklist" Page, the only option that i can see is exit questionnaire on the bottom left... Can someone help please on how to proceed from here?

Tried with Chrome, Safari and Internet Explorer but, still doesn't seem to work. I had bumped into this website the other while trying to figure out:

But, when i tried logging in with my registered ID that i had created for filling out the express entry profile, it says username or password does not match. I did register and create one but, i am not entirely sure as to how the payment will reflect in my profile since i had to register with a different email address on the eservices website. Can anyone who paid their application fees and submitted their application help/shed some light? I merely have few days left for completion and would greatly appreciate your thoughts on this.

I believe that you haven't uploaded a letter of explanation. If yes, login to your myCIC account and just upload any dummy file and the option to continue the application and pay the fees will appear. Then, you can remove this dummy file and click on the continue button to sign your application and makr the payment. Good luck!

That did the trick! I did not upload a letter of explanation since it said "optional" but just uploaded one for the sake of it and now I can proceed... Thank you so much for the help. When i proceed to the next page after this, it is asking for declaration and a signature. So once i do that and before paying the fee, can i come back and remove the file? Just to ensure...
Just remove the file before continuing, the continue option shall not disappear. Good Luck!
