Police Certificate Question

I applied for the inland PNP PR - They asked for a police certificate from Yemen. I was able to get it done but i have a couple of questions?

1. The letter came translated - Name, passport number and all information related except the stamps its all in Arabic ? do I need to translate them?

2. One of the stamps is a little bit blurry? Will that cause a problem ?

1. The docs accepted only english or french. You need to translate it with sworn translator

2. Well i cant see what kind of blurry u mean but i guess after translated, better to legalized it by lawyer .. (around $50/page (estimated)

Later send the original and the translation to immigration.
