No I haven't received any email from IRCC explicitly that it has been dispatched and neither have received the cards as yet.
Probably all mails are stuck due to the Christmas and Holiday delivery delays.

No I did not receive any email other than a email from the system that my application was updated. When I looked at the application in the CIC system it just said final status as approved. With the PR Card #, Date of Approval. The card did say 19th Dec, while dispatch was probably 20/21st Dec since the system was updated on 20th Dec and email was received on 21st.
I'm in North York.
