Yes, you can travel to your country once you submit your application. If you are moving there for an extended period then update your address.

The PR card cannot be mailed to an address outside of Canada.

what about the police validity?

no im saying when can i return to canada from my home country? only once i get my physical PR card or once my application gets approved or when they request the PPR? thanks

so lets say im in my home country, submitted my application etc and it gets approved then once I get COPR I can come to canada, right?
but then how can i travel when i wont have visa or do i have to send them my passport and then they will issue the visa on it? thanks
