HELP: Mon projet Québec Status "Waiting for treatment"

Hello Everyone,

I would like to seek your help here, I applied for a family member for QSW through: Mon projet Québec on August 2016 and paid all fees on time.

Since that day, the status of application is: "Waiting for treatment". Is that normal? I updated passport numbers today and status shows "Waiting for treatment" again.

Depends which geographical quota the applicant falls under. Is s/he an inland (Quebec) or outland applicant? If outland, from which country? Processing times can dramatically vary between different geographical categories.
