MyCIC link application issue

I have issues linking my parents PGP application to my MyCIC. I use UCI and application number and also give the same answers to where they intend to reside as per the application but it fails to find the application and after 5 times locks me out for 24 hours.

Anyone had success with this?

Did you already get the visa? What had you done with linking the application?

My wife is in Calgary, and she is a permanent resident holder in Canada. I have applied for family sponsorship spouse visa and I have received AOR on 19th December 2017.by email saying " link account with in 7 days. I have tried several times to linked it. But I couldn't. I read this forum and had found several several options. But it did'nt worked. I am wondering what will happen next. We have call IRCC but they did'nt help us. Please help me. We are very newly married couple and I want to move calgary soon please please help us

and couldn't be leave blank birth city.. please help us

Nothing will happen really, they will send correspondence by mail to you, with the same requirements. It will be just taking longer - for you to receive it, then send Schedule A and PCC... Keep on trying, everybody has issues with the link, but eventually it works) Good luck!

Thank you very much your reply normally hiw long will it takes to send it? Last two days I have tried. 5 attemps are already finish. No other combinations to do it. How can I contact them or fixed this? This is very urgent matter .My wife is soo lonely without me

I'm not sure about contacting them... The sent me a letter by mail the next day after AOR. Try creating another account, then you will have 5 more attempts - then again and again. I wrote what helped me somewhere on this from too.

Thank you sooooo much this really helpful because no one there to help us regarding this. This is very hopeless. Can I create two account using same email ID? Will it be problem?

I think you can.
I used a different one, then once I created it, it gives you an option to change your email address, so i switch dit to my main one. But I think you can try with the same email, but different login.

Ok I will try. I am so helpless. Why they are doing this such a bad manner. Most of people are hopeless at this stage........... if they did not sent a email again what should I do? If I really canot to link this what will happens

I guess try calling them after Christmas - maybe they got your info wrong..

I created another account with my wife's (sponsor) email account and try to link. Then it worked. Now application has linked to new account. I think it is ok. What is your opinion? PLease let me know

Hi all, I am trying to link my application for 2 hopeless days now, tried all suggestions in this forum, is there anyone who just recently was able to link it? If yes, can you please share your experience on how you did it?
Leaving city of birth blank (one space bar) is not working, filling our city of birth exactly as ob application is not working.
