Thanks for your response. The call centre guy gave me all the details.

They probably won't, but if it's been over 2 weeks since the letter was supposed to have been mailed out, at the very least, they can put in a note to send it again. If you call them too soon, they'll just tell you to wait. Thursday is a good time because it's long enough from the send date that it merits concern on your part but not too close to your test date as to make you nervous about not getting the letter on time.

Best case scenario: They tell you exactly where you need to go for your exam, what time, and what you need to bring (that's all you need to know).

Done my test today in Vancouver. I had many trips so officer said that she wants to get report from cbsa to double check everything and it's gonna take few days. For citizenship oath 2-5 months. Hopefully not more than 2.

ECAS says today: "We sent you a notice on December 20, 2017 to appear and write the citizenship test on February 2, 2018 at 8:33 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment." Good news that it's making progress, but at age 65 I don't need to take the citizenship exam. I will wait to read the official mail notice, and call CIC if that also says I take a test.
Happy Holidays to all!

Hey Razer, how can people know for sure which office their file is being processed in? I guess it says on the test letter?
Yup, that's the only way that I know of. Note that, IRCC has been bouncing files from one CPC to another in some cases. Meaning your test and oaths could be processed by two different CPCs, in the Toronto region.

Not sure if they'll tell us if we call the IRCC call center and ask.

May I ask roughly how many trips did you have? More than 10?

Hello Admin

Can you update the spreadsheet

December 8th ECAS showed that correspondence was sent to me and it was FP request which I received on December 15th and did them December 15th.

On December 20th ECAS showed test invite for January 24th/2018 in Calgary.

Thanks
