That is what i see on my online visitors visa application now. My visitors visa was approved last year and in the details i could could see all the details of the application including the documents number and its validity. Now nothing, all i see is the message Application status is currently unavailable. Please try again later , but i do see my letters and correspondences from CIC, just not the application details. everything was ok till tuesday when it started. has any one experienced or is currently experiencing this ?

After an application has been approved, it stays in the system for a certain number of days. Maybe your application/approval has exceeded that time

That would explain why you can no longer view the application details.

For example: Visa applications that are refused/withdrawn are retained on the system for 365 days

EDIT:
These application details are still maintained on the IRCC system for years to come, but would simply not be visible in the MyCIC account to the applicant
