hello,
i over stayed in the us since 2012. however i came here on H4 visa. Now i am currently interested in a guy who is in Canada. Who is in process for his federal PR. he just had applied for it.
So we are confused here for me that how i can get in to Canada? Am i going to in trouble?
Can i still apply from here? what if i go back to my country and he sponsor me while i am in my country.?
Is that possible if i stay in my country for so far 2 yrs (which is time period for his PR) and come to Canada?
If anybody can help me over here?

Due to your overstay, at this time I really don't see any way you can get to Canada through any sort of temporary visa (visitor visa, work visa or study permit). If you apply for any of these, you should expect they will be refused as a result of your US overstay.

You can certainly apply for PR on your own if you qualify or be included in a PR application if you qualify. As long as you are 100% honest about your immigration history - there shouldn't be any issues being approved. You will be able to come to Canada once the PR application is processed and approved and you have a PR visa.

Your boyfriend can include you in his PR application provided you are either married or common law. Common law means you have lived together continuously for at least one full year and can prove it.

You should be able to stay in the US.

Note that as soon as you leave the US, you will be automatically banned from re-entering the US for 10 years.

If you are required to have an interview, it will be in your home country.

You need a valid passport to apply for PR.
