Dear
According to sascatchewan skill worker people based on requested noc in demand list can immigrate to saskatchewan but the question is about relation between noc and education ..my job is exactly same as duties on noc 2253 Drafting technologists and technician but my education is different. MOREOVER , I have some train and certificate regarding noc2253 but my education in college is ICT..

Yes. They will reject the application directly. Wastage of time and money. These are the only way to sort . Some of the thousands of applicants to choose from.
How is certificate about Drafting course? Is it min. 1 year long? If yes then it will work.

Hi! I think it's case to case basis. Depending on your noc if its regulated occupation in canada. My friend's course was international relations, but his job experience was totally different. His job experience was in manegerial position, and he is in canada now with permanent resident status. I think you need to do more research or ask a professional consultant.
