noc 2282 job duties confusion with another noc

Hi people. i am working as network operations center technician and my jobs duties match with 2282-user support technician as i work to give support and customer service to company clients.however my job also includes some duties from 2281-network technicians which involve troubleshooting network problems .but most of and major duties are of noc code 2282. does this make any negative on my pr file. my job tittle is not included in any noc code but duties are part of 2282

i am planing to put as much as possible duties of 2282 and less emphasis on network 2281 duties

As long as your experience letter can cover most of the points mentioned as job duties as on the CIC website ,you should be good.
Agreed , it's a tricky part, but try to go for the NOC for which you can have the maximum points covered

These two are different NOCs. 2281 is not a Support role and more of an IT role. You are basically a System Administrator if you choose this. If you're into Support industry where you provide support (can be technical) to end users like in call centers, then you should select 2282.
