Education Credential Assessment for Pakistan

Hey everyone here, anyone graduated from the University of the Punjab, Lahore has done ECA from IQAS. How did you manage to get sealed envelopes? Please explain the process

Yes. I am 100% sure about this. because both me and my spouse got ECA done from IQAS. We only submitted documentation for Bachelors and Masters degree. We have both received positive ECA without any issues. Good luck. You can send me a PM if you have any further questions.

Hi Folks,
I get documents attested and sealed by HEC to send to IQAS.
Later I came to know about this form on IQAS website " Request of Academic Records Form".
Now, it is not stamped and included in envelope.
What should I do now. Do IQAS accept with out this?

2.Is there a way I could see the list of course and university which do not come under scope of ECA for IQAS .
Will there be any impact on my visa application if one of my degree don't get assess by them

It depends which agency you are getting the ECA from. For Pakistani applicants WES needs both matriculation and intermediate documents sent directly from the boards and as such is not a good option for Pakistani candidates. I chose IQAS since they don't need your matriculation documentation. You will only need to send your bachelors and masters credentials.

In your case, since your bachelors degree is only 2 years, in my opinion you should send both your bachelors and masters degree for evaluation.

can u pls help me, does icas has a recognized Pakistan university list whose degrees can be sent to ICAS? I know WES has a recognized list. one more question do i have to send 1 sets of attested documents from HEC or 2 sets?

There is no list provided by ICAS on their website, btw why do you want to go with ICAS their processing time currently is 20 weeks.

thanks for the reply, i just found that university from whom i did my masters is in the list of WES recognized university list. so i will send my documents to WES. can u pls tell me do i have to send my matric ar intermediate degrees to WES or just bachelors and masters?

That's good for you, WES is quick. For evaluation from WES you must send following documents:

1. Matric Certificate/Sanad (This should be sent to WES by the board. Normally certificate will have the details of marks obtained, therefore, no need to send the mark sheet. If in your case your certificate doesn't have the detail of marks obtained you must request your board to send both certificate and mark sheet).
2. Intermediate Certificate/Sanad (This should also be sent to WES by the board. Normally certificate will have the details of marks obtained, therefore, no need to send the mark sheet. If in your case your certificate doesn't have the detail of marks obtained you must request your board to send both certificate and mark sheet).
3. University DMC/Transcripts and Degrees (Photocopies attested by HEC, HEC doesn't provide courier facility anymore, therefore, get your attested in a sealed envelope from HEC and post it to WES yourself. They know it and will accept your degrees as long as the seal is intact.)

i will take more of ur time if you have time. i have few questions to ask.

To answer your questions properly, could you please tell me from which board did you pass your metric and intermediate? Please also tell me from which university did you complete your degree?

Salam I did my matric and intermediate from abbottabad board and I did my BA from Punjab university and MBA from Gomal university.

Do I send original matric and intermediate degrees or photocopies? Do WES needs Mark sheets as well or just the degrees?
I have the degrees attested by IBCC now. Boards doesn't send WES as they don't have the facilities?
