Hi
I got married in Feb 2017, have the Urdu Nikah Nama and it’s English Translation done, stamped and attested by a notary public. Do I require a translator’s Affidavit as well?
Secondly my wife stayed overseas (illegally) for about 3-4 years (Sept 2012 to April 2016) before our wedding date which is Feb 2017. Is her overseas stay going to cause issues with her immigration to Canada? Because she was living overseas illegally we won’t be able to get police certificates from that country. Any help or advice? Thanks
