Hi

I have submitted my SINP (EE) application on 14/02/17 and I received an email from Programe integrity unit on 12/10/17. I had supplied all necessary documents on 15/10/17.

Today I sent another email to SINP and got below reply:

Thank you for your email.


"Your application is currently being reviewed by our Program Integrity and Legislation Unit. These applications do not have an average processing time as they are assessed very thoroughly. If the SINP requires any additional information, you will be contacted directly.


I can confirm that your application is still being reviewed, we request your patience at this time."

Is there anyone here in the same situation as me?? Thank You

It may take many months and lots of emails to know the status of your file if its under PILU investigation.. They have lots of cases and under staffed.. These are forensic guys who look for fraudsters,

My application went to PILU in Dec 2016 got letter from them in March 2017, another letter in June and later application got cleared by PILU but rejection in Oct 2017 due to insufficient points

many applicants got job verification mail on today and yesterday. Please check with your references.

Do they reject file? or put us in fraud case & can ban us for 5 years. I have got PPR but My old file with SINP is really disturbing here.

You should have been careful earlier and should have withdrawn your application.. Now you have to satisfy the SINP investigator

I thought They would come to know automatically as same EE profile number & I think they suppose to check this.

Have your reference got mail? Can you please let us know detail of that mail? I have checked with my sir, he hasn't got any kind of mail. What are they asking?

Email from PIU for the proof of the employment they ask you to reply within 10 days.
They say if you:
don’t reply them= suspension of 2 years from SINP
Farud information = they will share this with federal govt. and other PNP programs
The question is even if you provide them all the document ps they take ages to clear your application. In my scenario I have a done my ielts again and now I have better CRS score and expecting my file to easily get through open ITA.
I am confused should I reply to PIU or not with my employment proof. What may go wrong in both scenario?

NOTE: I requested them for the withdrawal of my SINP file but they are not doing so as the email from PIU is already sent to me. Kindly help as I don’t have much days to respond

You should reply with all detailed clarification. If you failed to reply, you will be blocked for 2 years from SINP & Whole Canada.
