No job duties included on reference letter for EE CEC

Dear sir,

I have a 2 months contract job experience that I want to use for EE CEC.

I have a reference letter from the boss, but he didn't include my detailed job duties, wage, start end date(only mentioned that is 2 months contract). It does include company letterhead, employer contact address, signature, job title.

I do have T4, can show online bank information as I received the money every 2 weeks with the company name.

I will try to contact to the employer to write with detailed experience letter but there is a good chance that they ignore my request, what can be my option then?

Ask a former colleague to write a letter in plain paper and provide proof that they worked for such company.

The thing is, the colleagues were kinda mean and not nice at that time so i cant
Haha can i just file a letter explaining i was not able to get another reference letter since the ex employer won’t answer my email?

I read lots of thread of this, but don’t know if they processed their application successful or not,

Are there any problem if they reject for this and if i apply again?
