Got my passport and COPR yesterday...... Thank you everyone for all your help and cooperation.. Couldn't make time to inform you early guys

HI i also got ppr on the same day as u .. can u plz share when u get ur tracking number active or get the passport back please .. i am assuming u sent the PP to Cpc-Ottawa-PR right ?

My wife received COPR today and she's flying next week

No she sent her PP to different VO not Ottawa.

I would like to share the good news that my wife received COPR today and she'll be here next week. I would take this moment to thank everyone in this forum/thread who have been really helpful through out the process.

It took exactly 2 weeks to receive COPR after we submitted the PP.

PP - 14/11/17
COPR - 28/11/17

Good luck to everyone and I hope you'll receive a good news soon from CIC.

Hi everybody. Does anybody know the phone number to call to get up to date information about your application? I've called it before but lost the number... I submitted police checks 6 weeks ago (the final things needed, everything else approved) but have not heard any more. I was hoping we'd be done by now but things are really taking a long time. VO is Vienna.

I amam going trough Vienna office too. They haven't started my background check yet , they are still reviewing eligibility... the medical expired ten days ago. So annoying and frustrating. My application was received on 2nd Feb

Btw I I thinm you won't be able to speak with anyone about your case. Call center in Canada can't give you informations about your case if it has been transferred to Vienna office. That's what I was told when called them. I dropped an email to Vienna office few weeks ago to ask is everything in order and got response that my application is still in predicted time frame.

How long dows it take to receive my PPR? I sent them my prepaid envelope with copy of my passport Nov 20 and received Nov 22.

if its ottawa then it could take 3-4 weeks .. but some other VO return the passport within 2 weeks or so ..

Me. I’ve been stuck at this stage for months now - everything else approved, including police checks. Papers sat on a pile somewhere in the Vienna VO.

We applied end of Jan. We are supposedly in queue for an interview. Who knows when the actual interview will happen. Hence our eligibility is not done yet. I think our app has been tossed into a tiny pile and won't be looked at until the new year. I'm sure we will go over the 1 year mark to get finished being processed (the dreaded 20% statistic).

I'm in need some advice. I am a US citizen residing in Texas. I got a PPR back on November 20th. It took me a while to get my photos taken and have everything mailed off to them with my prepaid envelope. I think I mailed it on November 27th with FedEx (only place that could do it). Anyway, I was under the impression that it would only take 2 weeks or 3 at the most to get my prepaid envelope back. Because of this I used my current apartment address for the prepaid. But I'm moving into a new apartment and my lease ends on Dec 31st. I'm concerned that CIC isn't going to mail me my stuff back before then and it could get lost or something. I did a case specific enquiry letting them know of my new address. Is there a number I can call or something more efficient I can do?

Did you not take the option of signature required when ur passport come back ? if yes and if nobody is there to sign for your passport then the post man will drop it to the post office .. contact fedex and let them know as well .. also many VO returns the passport within 1 month ..
