This is ridiculous. Holiday plans have effectively been destroyed...my flight left this morning after my passport has sat in Ottawa for over a month without even showing approved in myCIC. This is madness.

This is completely bullshit. My flight was on dec 10 and have to postpone it and pay around$800. I dont know what they are doing? We can just pray

I keep seeing people who submitted on Nov 15th getting approved and I'm here like "What about me?!" They shouldn't make us send passports if they know they can't process them in a reasonable time. This isn't fair.

Mine was delivered on nov 16 and it was approved on dec 15. Sometimes they dont update my cic. You should call them. I m pretty sure yours is approved already

Thats the problem. They dont tell you anything clearly. I wish and i pray i could get this coming week. Because i have to leave on dec 30. There are Christmas holidays in between. So lets stay positive and hope for best
