Dear All,

I have been trying to check the CRS cut off & other eligibility requirements for different states PNP programs but really confused regarding few points:

1. CRS cut off for each province & how it is calculated? Does each province has seperate criteria to calculate CRS?
2. How to check when any province will be open to receive applications & shortlist candidates?
3. Which state/province would be better for experienced candidates in Logistics/Supply chain domain?
4. Could you explain shortly CRS & other requirements namely for SINP, Nova Scotia, MPNP programs?

I am done with IELTS & ECA verification and my CRS comes out to be 350 (35y old, 7 bands, wife 34y old, 6 bands, 2 kids under 4y age. We both have over 10 years experience in SCM & banking sectors).

Even if I appear for IELTS again and score 7778, CRS will increase to 391 which doesn't help much for EE.

Do you think I have any other option left apart from PNP?

What is this , Logistics/Supply chain domain?
This type any NOC not in SINP and NSNP demand occupation list. These are the easiest PNPs to apply. No need to provide Job offer for these PNP program. and Low CRS required .
You can check Ontario as well. They need about 400 CRS points to apply for PNP.

Logistics/Supply chain is just I am telling you my area of expertise. In NOC list, it will show under procurement, logistics managers/supervisors.

For e.g. my NOC cose is 0731 i.e. Transportation Managers.

I agree these are easiest PNP's to apply but you need some connection also these to get points under adaptability. Having connection is mandatory.

I did check Ontario but my CRS is 350 so won't be easy for me. Do you know if Human capital priorities stream in OINP also need min 400 CRS score.

Another question is that what could be the legal & proper way of getting a job offer from a canadian employer. I have always heard that is very-2 difficult to get a job offer if you are not living in Canada then howcome candidates obtains a job offer before they apply for EE or PNP?

No. It is not mandatory to having connection /relative for applying SINP EE or NSNP Demand EE Category B. It is only luxury.
The Human Capital Priorities stream operates on a passive model; it is neither first-come, first-served, nor Expression of Interest-based. Instead, the OINP searches the pool for eligible candidates who may settle in the province successfully based on set criteria, and issues them a NOI. Among the criteria is a requirement for the candidate to have at least 400 CRS points.
Job offer category beneficial for inlander generally.

But I heard in another thread on same forum that OINP invited candidates from ICT category even with 310 CRS score in June 2017. So dont know if I should apply for this stream even if my CRS is not 400.

And I didnt get your point regarding my job offer query.

Thanks for sharing the links.

I know I can apply for EE & PNP at the same time. But consider below scenario:

If I submit my EE profile mentioning interest for "all states & provinces" and separately I apply for OINP & MPNP (Manitoba). Is it possible and if yes, is it advisable?

What could be the pros & cons if I submit PNP for 2 provinces?
