REPEAT MEDICAL EXAM

Hi everyone.. I am new in this forum.
I just want to ask for any advice regarding my concern. I lodged my application under Provincial nominee program from March 2015...
Finished all documents and medical exams Feb 2016 then no reply was given until only last November 2017 where we were asked to do again our medical exams since it is expired already.
I feel i am waiting forever for the visas.
Can anyone enlighten me on this?

After second Medical request, generally them Make decision soon. If everything is alright.
