Rejection on Family Ties

Hi,

I got refusal yesterday based on
Purpose of Visit
and weak family ties in canada and country of residence

One of my friend send me invitation letter and i have good job here Pakistan from last 10 months having pay more than 80K Pkr, i showed my job letter, my holidays letter, and i been to Schegen states and UK before.
Shall i apply again in 2 to 3 days with showing my dad retirement letter in 2010, his power of attorney that he gifted me his house (a year ago) and i have to take him hospital in last week of every month (a letter from hospital) and my job letter.

Or do i need to show more strong ties than this ?

in how many days they send you rejection share your timeline please and how many countries you have visited in past and for how many days visa you applied and are you single or married?

They send me rejection in 7 Days, I applied through VFS paper application,
I been to UK, France, Scotland and Spain.
I applied visa for 3 Weeks
I am single

Don't rush better if you apply for GCMS notes and point out the main reason of rejection and then correct it then apply it will be best further i am sure @Bryanna and @Omairi7 can assist you best .. as they send you in 7 days which is so fast better if you apply for GCMS notes.

website says it will take 30 days but it arrive in just week or max 2 so apply for it first and then think for apply rushing for reapply can cause another rejection.

Thank you for your guidance. I will further wait Brayanna guidance. Is it possible that my friend send me invitation letter and we have no prof of relationship or friendship except facebook or whatsapp.

One reason of early reply is CAN+. They consider my case in CAN+ service

do you have valid USA visa? or previously you visit Canada? if yes then it can be CAN+ either it is not possible

so it won't count as CAN+ only Valid US Visa holders and previously visited Canada are eligible for CAN+ Program

1. What was the purpose of your visit? Did you prove you have adequate finances to pay for your visit + airfare? Did your host offer to provide accommodation?

2. Do post the list of documents which you had submitted including the host documents

3. A Power of Attorney is NOT the same as your dad gifting his house to you. Have you used the POA to represent your dad for any reasons? Can you provide evidence of it?

4. When did you visit the UK, France and Spain? For how long? Was it on the same trip?

5. Does your dad live with you? Apart from his treatment, is your dad dependent on you financially?

1- i am visiting my childhood friend in ontario for 2 weeks, she is providing me accommodation and travelling expense, she has 4 bedroom house mortgage on her name, she is canadian national, and we showed her bank statement of $7500. I also showed my bank statement of $7500 after conversion. I am paying for my airfare and hotel accommodation for Montreal and Niagara fall hotel accommodation. We both are bearing our expenses. total of our bank statement is 15000 cad $, and her yearly income job is $34000 cad.

2. I posted her invitation letter, her job letter, she bought insurance for me, i showed that as well, her passport first page, her passport stamp when she visited me in 2012, her mortgage papers, her bank statement.
On my end, i showed my cover letter, purpose of visit, letter from job, holidays letter, My UK, France and Spain visa and entry back to my country stamp, Montreal and Niagara fall hotel reservation, flight reservation, family form and visa application form.

3. I didnt showed power of attorney in refused case i am thinking about it for my reapply. I am thinking about showing his letter from hospital and POA in reapply.

4. I visit UK in 2015 for my mphil , and from uk once i visited france in 2015 and then spain and neitherland in 2016 all trips were for 7 days.

5. Me and my parents are living in the same house. Yes i have his retirement papers from 2009, is it enough evidence ?

My purpose of visit is as below:

February 16th 2018:

Ali arrive at Toronto Pearson airport, alina meets him there and travel to her residence.


17th February 2018 –Rest Day

February 18th 2018 to 21st February 2018:
-Will go see CN tower
-Will go see _______
-Will go see ________
-Will go see ________


22nd February 2018 –Rest Day


23rd February 2018 to 25th February 2018:

We will leave for Montreal by road on Friday evening. alina will be driving. It’s approximately 5 hours’ drive. Making few stops in between to admire the beauty of Canada.

-Will be staying in hotel in Montreal for 2 nights (bookings are attached)

-Will visit St. Joseph’s Otartory and Notre-Dame Basilica.

-Will Visit Olympic Stadium and Tower

-Will visit Ice Hotel

-Tour streets of old Montreal

Will Arrive back to her house on Sunday night February 25th 2018.

Feb 27th 2018 to 1st March 2018

Go out for shopping, dining

Visiting alina's families

The Ontario Science Centre

Bakka Phoenix Books

The Scotiabank Theatre

The Meril Collection of Science Fiction, Speculation and Fantasy

2nd March 2018 till 4th March 2018

Me and alina will visit Niagara Falls. We will leave Friday night and stay in hotel Friday and Saturday Nights (bookings are attached). It will be a drive from Courtice to Niagara Falls.

-We plan on seeing the waterfall,

-Will see Bird Kingdom

-Will see upside down house

-Will see Skylon Tower


5th March –Rest Day


March 6th 2018 to March 8th 2018

Dining, Club, Visiting family or Friends etc

9th March 2018 – ali leaves Canada for Islamabad Pakistan.


12th March 2018 – ali will join back his job.
