Weired thing.. my spouse has not received AOR yet.. even after 24 hours.. is it normal??

my application was delivered on nov 8. And I was hoping to get AOR In December. Instead. I got what i call it ROA(return Of Application). They overlooked one of my documents which was included in package. I resent the same package with additional note.
I Sent also a letter to Santa -Northpole to give me AOR as a christmas gift.

Yes, in some cases it took upto 2 weeks.
