CEC 1 Year Contract Experience Offer Letter

Hi ,

I need an immediate help I have already completed one year of experience in Canada working in multiple companies and now the job I'm working in is with the same NOC code and the offer is of 1 year contract ending in September 2018.

Is this job letter valid if I put it in my application I already got an ITA with the CEC and FSW criteria meet.

Please help.

I think what you're asking is, does your current job (ending in less than one year) meet the definition of "valid job offer," then, no, it does not.

But why worry about this if you already have an ITA?

This job started in September 2017 -September 2018 and this job includes my one year of experience in Canada ,so my only concern is if I put this as a job offer document will that be acceptable or not ?
I have multiple experience which makes one year of experience with the same NOC code.

Do you mean, is the job offer letter acceptable proof of work experience? No.

You need a reference letter written AFTER you complete the 1 year of experience. The letter needs to state dates of employment, job title, hours worked per week, wage/salary/remuneration+Benefitis, and most importantly, job duties & responsibilities performed.

Yes , I do have experience letters (letter of employment) along with the job duties, pay and time duration and the weekly hours stated from the companies I have already worked with in last one year ,the only doubt that I have is the current company I am working is till Sep 2018 ,does this effect my application after submitting all the documents.

I am sorry, I guess I do not understand your question. Can you explain what your fear is about the Sept 2018 date?

I'm working since Oct 2016- Apr 2017 with one company and May 2017- Sep 2017 with another and the company I am currently working started from Sep 2017 and its a one year contract which ends in Sep 2018.

I recently got the ITA on the last draw ,so my concern is about the offer letter , the one which I have ends in Sep 2018 so should I submit that in the documents along with the other documents from other companies ?

A job offer letter is not required. An experience letter or reference letter is. So for your current job, if you want points for the time you have already completed in that job, you need a new letter, you need to document it the same as previous jobs.

IF you are asking about points for having "a valid job offer" - you have not provided any information to suggest that you have a valid job offer.

Since you do not have a valid job offer, the answer should be no to that question. I do not know if you can change it now that you already have received the ITA, but you can try. Or you can correct it in your eAPR.

I have corrected it as it was not affecting my points ,my points are the remain as earlier even without the offer letter.

I have more doubt if I have 20 days gaps in other job and I'm submitting the profile after 13 months as a CEC applicant , will that thing affect the application ?

Since you do not have a valid job offer, the answer should be no to that question. I do not know if you can change it now that you already have received the ITA, but you can try. Or you can correct it in your eAPR.

No. As long as you have a full 52 weeks of eligible work experience in the 3 years preceding your application date, you have met the 1 year requirement. Good luck!
