I already rescheduled a flight from Sunday, it's been over a month. Both my COPR and sticker have been printed. I don't get what the holdup is! myCIC profile still says processing

I have called several times. It's highly dependent on what agent you get and what information they give you. Some are more lenient and will provide more information given the circumstances. I just hope mine gets mailed out today.
