Hi,


My aor is May 23 Cec inland applicant, my file stages are as below:
Medical Passed, Criminality In Progress, Eligibilty Review Required (Because i requested to change noc after post a0r via cse, so case analyst said review required, he recommened noc matches and all positive) security no started.

On Oct 23, in gcms notes under client details it shows Info sharing complete which I guess is updated by system itself. On Sept 14 case analyst was last person to review my file.

SINCE SEPT 14, OFFICER HASN'T PICKED UP MY FILE TO PASS ELIGIBILITY & INITIATE SECURITY CHECK. I HAVE BEEN OFFER RETAIL FRANCHISE OPPORTUNITY BUT COMPANY WON'T WAIT AFTER JANUARY. I DON'T WANT TO LOOSE THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY.

PLEASE ADVISE WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I checked in with cic today, background check is in progress because of criminality. Security is yet to start.

Officer has to review cirminality ( as info sharing was done) & pass my eligibilty. Don't know why there not picking up my file

Go to your Local MP and talk to him if your are an Inland applicant.

If you are a CEC applicant as far as I know you can change your job as long you have a valid open work permit. Your eligibility is depended on your past work history in Canada.

I didn't change my job,i just requested to change the noc as i found out after submitting app that there is better noc which matches my job description.
Case analyst recommended that I did got experience & has worked full time for certain period & noc is consistent with job description. Applicant changed noc after submitting app. He is asking officer to review that I changed noc,kind of letting him know.
I don't think there is anything to worry about case analyst recommendation.
