Hi, my package was delivered on the 4th, i guess it should have been processed since fbi is currently processing application for 7th sept.
I sent in a MO so there is no way of telling unlike CC where i did know when it was charged.
WIll i get email saying application has been processed?

i called and its has been processed and dispatched. thanks

Nope. You can call them and ask or email them.

I am hoping to get ITA in the next round(lets say next wednesday). can I travel back to USA immediately after getting ITA without worrying about getting new PCC.

I would suggest you travel AFTER submitting your application for PR and not before.

I called & was asked to check back tomorrow by which time they can give me update.

Mine was dispatched today (Dec 14), application received on Sept 7. During the process had to change my credit card info, my address, but everything worked out well ! Expecting to receive it in couple of weeks in Canada. Thanks to everyone for informational and emotional support throughout these months of waiting

Stumbled upon this thread and I have a naive question. I got my ITA in the last draw, I submitted my fingerprints to the FBI and my application has reached on 7th Dec. From the above thread it looks like the FBI is taking more that 90days to get back with the clearance certificate.
In this scenario how is everybody submitting their final packet within the 90 day period ? Can we submit the FBI clearance at a later time ?

We have 90 days to submit our PR application from ITA and you just delay it a bit and apply around 45-60 days with Letter of explanation stating that you have applied for US PCC with mail delivery proof. When your application is reviewed you will get 60 day extension to submit your PCC. The PCC should arrive by then and you can submit as part of document request.

Update: FBI just told me they've "successfully processed" my application [delivered with a Money Order on Sept 11] & would mail it out "first thing Monday morning"!

Would keep the house updated once it's received (in the Seattle area of the US). This should be before Christmas (Dec 25), I hope.

However, I'm yet to receive a response from IRCC to LoE uploaded on Nov 20 seeking extension of PCC submission.

How do I then submit the PCC once received? Any ideas?

Once they acknowledge your extension request, you will get a new link specifically to upload FBI PCC. Go to 'view submitted application', you will find the link there.

How do I get the Name Check procedure started?
• Complete the attached Name Check request form
• Mail, fax or, email the form to:

CKNAMECHECK@IC.FBI.GOV Complete the attached NAME CHECK request form and email to this address

True. And that is the point, dear cc31. They are yet to acknowledge my request 25 days after.

I am a bit worried because so far, IRCC has almost always responded within 7 days.

In any case, I have submitted a CSE. Fingers crossed.
