Police clearance certificate for a country i visited on business visa

Hi,

My job requires extensive travel and there is a country that i have visited over 30 times in the past 10 years all visits were between 2 and 14 days accumulating to 196 days. since i always traveled on a single entry short term business visa and did not have any documentary evidence of all my stays there the police did not provide me with a PCC however CIC rejected my application stating it was incomplete.
What should I do??

which country is this? You can try speaking to their embassy staff in your country (if they have one). Check online for more information. finally if you are unable to get a PCC due to a reason, you can write a LOE explaining the situation.

Kenya.. i will reach out to the embassy here.. but now that the application is already refused, i would have to re enter the express entry profile or do i have any other options??

its not refused, its just cancelled and incomplete. When was this cancelled? if you are able to get the PCC (or atleast documentation that you applied for PCC and they rejected your request), then you can raise a CSE and ask them to reopen your case. if not, just create a new EE profile.

Hi,
You can re-open the application, try to do your best to get a PCC from Kenya.
If not work on a detailed, pertinent LOE.

Hi,

dont take too long. if you are not able to get the PCC soon write an LOE and attach the request you have made for the PCC thru the embassy (or whatever channels). Raise a CSE and attach the LOE. If they re-open your case, they will mostly give you sometime to submit additional docs.

Beware though, most cse cases requesting re-opening are just ignored.

In the meantime, you can create another EE profile so you are back in the pool.
