  1. im a new immigrant in canada from pakistan. I landed on pr via fsw program. Now me n my husband wantto invite his parents here for a visit. We are not applying for their super visa its just a simple visit visa. Now the issue is that my husband has a sister who is physically and mentally disabled. She is a complete dependent. She is taken care at home and their are no medical issue related to her health or any expenses. She is 35 years old. She cannot speak nor she can walk. She cannot getmarried either. I wanted to know whether she will be able to get a visit visa along with the parents?

Truly sorry to hear about the condition of your sister-in-law. It is a very difficult and sad situation to be in. I'm guessing she is mostly taken care of by your mom-in-law.

There have been a couple of similar cases on here which were refused TRVs.

Your sister-in-law is 100% dependent on your in-laws for her every necessity and her well-being. Added to this traumatic situation is the fact that she cannot communicate nor walk (even with support). Quite honestly, IMO, there are absolutely zero chances of her getting a TRV

But why? She is no threat to the people here as she donot pocess any healtj issuez. Plus there is no medical expense to incur.. she is completely taken care of at home just like a normal person. What could be the possible reason for denial? And it wud just be a visit. We donot intend any medical chekup to be done as she is already 34 years...

IMO, she will be refused. That's because she has no ties/no reasons to return to Pakistan + no finances of her own + she is completely dependent on your in-laws = She will be considered as a potential over stayer + the other typical refusal reasons (Travel History + Family ties stronger in Canada than those to Pakistan, etc)

So if my in laws have steong ties to return to pakistan than? As she will have to return back with them...
