Wrong date for last date of entry on PR confirmation form

hey guys,


So I got my passport back after I submitted it for the PR visa but I realized on the confirmation of PR form , the date of entry is not correct .

Is this easily fixable ? I am leaving to Canada ending of next month, currently in Lima and processing office was in Mexico.
