CIC call center and Gcms notes

Hi All,

I have question for everyone who ordered GCMS notes. Does calling cic call center before 6 months mark puts a negative effect on your file. When we make an inquiry using cic call centre does agent logs that call I the gcms notes?

Members who have received gcms notes might be able shed some light on this.

Hi,

Yes they do log it into your file when ever you call them or even email them. Anything happening related to your file, gets logged into your gcms notes.

I don't think it will put any negative impact on your application
