understanding GCMS notes

Hi everyone,
Hoepfully someone can help me on this.

My notes says under assessments "Info-sharing: Complete". Going forward in notes, i see section of info sharing & status says "NRT". This info sharing partner is Usa as i did travel to usa once.

I guess NRT means no reportable trace but this status was sitting in my file, before info sharing said complete under assessment.

Please advise on this to help me understand what significance complete & nrt has?

But my security says "No started" & I don't see security screening activities in my gcms notes.
So, really not sure what's happening

If you security is not started, then you will not see SS as the security has not begun.

Thanks for suggesting. Is it possible that ircc is gathering info from agencies but security is not started. I did email ottawa & they said additional verifications needed. Recently in gcms notes I found that info sharing is complete with usa under client details. But still ottawa says additional verifications needed after info sharing is completed.

Please advise sir!

That email is generic and do not read much into it.

Does anybody know about the speed of paper applications??
My online application was canceled by cic.. and they created another application
But my GCMS notes show that this new application is a paper application
So wanted to understand the speed of paper application
Medicals passed and ADNR stages over for new application

I have got Notes 2 days ago and it says that I passed eligibility and criminality on 6th of October. It also says that now my app's location is - RFL-hold (2nd page of notes). Does anyone know what it means ?

Hello,

I called CIC and they said that I had passed all the checks. I went through and stated security, eligibility etc. She said the checks are done and my case was being finalised.

Does anybody know of finalised means approved?

I am in IP2 and she said I shouldn't expect to hear back until the new year, possibly February.

There are all positive remarks except for Funds which states (Proof of Funds: Included Funds $: not verified), then nothing like Review Required anywhere in file and the file is transferred to London on Oct 17 while Notes Generated Nov 11.

The first pages states Eligibility and Security Not Started while Medical and Criminality Pass.

What does refer to IR means?

The officer based on the recommendation will make a final determination, and this is when the eligibility will be passed, and your will see it in the status on page 2 of your notes.

As regards the funds, the analyst has just deferred it to the officer.

So, what should I tell an applicant that file is Going Good but Final Review will be done by Officer at London Visa Office? Finally, does Appeared Met Ready for Finalisation a better indication than Review Required?

Can you kindly advice what does the below under Assessments section mean

Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

Why is the security blank? It's neither passed nor Not Started. What does this mean please?
