I am watching out Oct. thread and I think you can expect AOR by last of week of December or 2nd week of Jan. 2018.

I am seeing one entry in Oct list where the person applied Oct 12th has received a test date of Jan 28th! I don't remember having seen this fast processing in the past months ..unless some people are just playing with the list.

user88 posted earlier and confirmed they did get the test invite. I recall, my friend applied from Toronto as well last year and got his test invite within 2 months after AOR. Used to be this fast after C-24 came into effect. User88 was one of the first to get AORs from the C-6 applicant batch. Guess their application won't suffer from potential delays arising from the huge influx of C-6 applications.

I think you should expect to wait a few months. Besides the fact that this is the Christmas season... the wait time is usually 2 months or more for the test invite. Expectations are that because of the large influx of applicants after the 3/5 law went into place, wait times may even be longer. But not for me ofcourse
