Hello Guys,

We(I and my husband) are in the process of filing our e-APR and need to submit proof of our financial profile(I believe this will indirectly give proof of funds). They are asking for a letter from a financial institution that gives a list of all bank accounts, balances in them and mention of any debts or loans as well. My questions are?
1. Do we collect a letter from each bank?
2. What does this "official letter from your Financial Institution" mean? Is it a statement from a CA/Lawyer?
2. Do we need to give details of literally all banks? Even the ones that we don't use, but are still active?

Do help us out! Thanks!

Basically you need a letter from the bank you keep your money in to prove you have enough as per CIC requirements for your household.

Thanks for your reply.
But I would like some clarification. The instruction says: all bank accounts and details of account balance, loans and debts.
I believe this means that they would want to know if, despite showing enough Funds as per requirement, whether I have some debts/loan in some other account/bank, which would nullify any savings that I have amassed for Immigration.
If I submit only one account's info, how would they know that?

If you have an account in more than one bank get the letters from all of them just to be on a safe side.
