One last thing..

I already know I'll more than likely get refused my PGWP.. But just to buy time correct me if I'm wrong the moment I submit my application for my PGWP I can still work until I get my answer right? Even if my work visa expires in March.

Yes - you can work until you have an answer. Assuming you're refused, you'll be in Canada without status. At that point you'll need to stop working immediately and apply to restore your status to visitor in order to be allowed to remain in Canada. Note that you cannot apply for PR while in Canada without status.
