Hi,

I have just started to prepare the documents which I need to submit for my EE profile. I took the IELTS and still waiting for the results. I am in process to have my credentials assessed by University of Toronto. However, I am still unable to determine which NOC might be applicable in my case ( Which is the most important in the application ). I am working with one of UN agencies with a customer service role ( Customer Service Assistant ). I hold a senior-level position which includes administrative and financial roles. I am a little bit confused since customer service may be listed under different categories. Hopelessly, I am unable to determine which NOC may apply to my case.

I do appreciate your replies :)

the noc depends on your job description, what you did, not the title. so don't worry about the title being different as long as the noc matches your job description that's in the reference letter
